bug-fixLooking up an unknown user or role now returns a not-found error. User lookups search the workspace named in the id, up to 5,000 members, and the role list shows each Todoist role once, including Guest.

bug-fix authFixed connections dropping after one hour. Todoist apps with token refresh enabled issue access tokens that expire after an hour, and the connector had no way to renew them, so every call returned 401 until the account was reconnected by hand. The access token is now refreshed automatically, and the rotated refresh token is stored on each refresh. The OAuth 2.0 setup guide was rebuilt with step-by-step screenshots, covering the app Token refresh setting this relies on.

new-featureAdded scheduled data sync to six collection actions — tasks, projects, archived projects, sections, labels and activity logs — so these collections can be kept in sync and searched without calling Todoist on every request. Each walks the API cursor to completion and syncs by full refresh, because the Todoist REST API exposes no updated-since filter on these endpoints.
