new-actions breakingCases, entitlements, service contracts, work orders and knowledge articles can now be kept continuously in sync. Listing these records now accepts a last-modified filter, and paging through them returns a stable, repeatable order.

authConnections now use PKCE, so Salesforce apps that require it (every External Client App created on or after 9 July 2026) can connect.
