bug-fix description-fixDocumented that selecting the write-only startingNumber field in project field selection makes YouTrack fail with a 502, that commands accept issue references by database id or readable id (and reject a readable id passed as id), that a count can be -1 while still being computed, and that setting an issue’s parent turns it into a subtask without a separate link call.

bug-fix description-fixDelete actions now return a confirmation payload with the deleted resource ids instead of an empty body, made project leader a required input on create_admin_project, and clarified the create_command, create_issue_link, delete_issue_link, update_tag, and list_tag_issues tool descriptions (issue-link actions now state the linked issue must be referenced by its database id, not the readable id).
