improvement data-syncAdded DataSync support to 9 list actions (projects, groups, namespaces, users, snippets, and the unified IAM users, groups, organizations, and roles lists), with incremental sync on projects via the updated_after filter. list_projects now auto-applies order_by=updated_at when filtering by updated_after/updated_before, which GitLab requires for those filters to take effect.

bug-fixFixed IAM list pagination on unified_list_users, unified_list_groups, unified_list_organizations, and unified_list_resource_users — replaced the raw provider page number forwarded as the StackOne cursor (which caused a 400 Invalid Cursor Format past page 1) with a fixed page fan-out plus StackOne virtual pagination.
