data-syncAdded Data Sync support for agent presence, contact endpoints, custom attributes, queues, tags, teams and webhooks, so these collections can be kept in sync on a schedule. Each is returned in full by the API in a single call and syncs as a full refresh. Agents, end users, knowledge collections and templates are not synced, because Dixa returns their next page only as a full URL that a cursor iterator cannot use; conversation flows are not synced because that endpoint is scoped to a single channel at a time.

bug-fix breakingConversation search now exposes its full filter schema (field types, operators and the 50-result page limit); filtering on custom-attribute values is no longer supported. Close, reopen, follow-up, tag and team-membership writes now return a confirmation message instead of an empty response.
