  Added Data Sync support for 12 list actions (users, groups, devices, applications, service principals, OAuth2 permission grants, conditional access policies, named locations, organizations, domains, directory roles, role templates), all refreshing in full each run. All 21 list actions now return the full Microsoft Graph response, and the 8 paginated ones accept a skiptoken input and return a next token so callers can page past the first page.
