  Added scheduled data sync to ten list actions — contacts, contact lists, segments, contact properties, event callbacks, senders, templates, messages, campaign drafts, and campaigns — so these collections can be kept in sync and read back without calling Mailjet on every request. Each refreshes in full on every run, since Mailjet has no consistent updated-since filter to drive incremental sync.
