  Fixed data sync for groups, learning objects and enrollments, which failed because the default page size exceeded the Go1 limit of 50. Also typed the link settings on the set learning object data action so invalid values are caught before the request, and corrected the list groups mine filter description to reflect its actual behaviour. Restriction create and update now require both category and provider lists, since an update replaces the stored configuration in full.
