<Update label="v1.2.0" description="2 Oct 2026">
  `new-events`

  Added webhook support for the fourteen NBA event types — game started, ended, period ended and overtime; player scored, rebound, assist, steal, block, foul and turnover; and injury created, updated and cleared. Game events report the game as the record id, and player and injury events report the player. The webhook endpoint is created by hand in the BALLDONTLIE dashboard using the Native Webhook URL shown on the linked account, because managing webhooks over the API requires an ALL-ACCESS subscription. Only game started and game ended can be subscribed to on the Free plan. A catch-all handler acknowledges deliveries with no recognised NBA event type, including the dashboard's test event, so endpoint verification succeeds and BALLDONTLIE does not auto-disable the endpoint. A setup guide walks through creating the endpoint in the BALLDONTLIE dashboard, with screenshots of each screen, and lists every event with its plan. Game started, game ended and the catch-all are verified against live deliveries and ship as preview; the twelve event types that need ALL-ACCESS could not be received on a Free account and ship as beta.

  `new-feature` `data-sync`

  Twelve list actions can now be synced with Data Sync, covering teams, players, active players, games, live box scores, stats, advanced stats, player injuries, betting odds, opening odds, DFS slates and DFS draftables. Every action runs as a full refresh, because the available date filters select when a game was played rather than when a record last changed.

<Update label="v1.0.0" description="11 Sept 2026">
  `release`

  Promoted to GA. Version normalized to 1.0.0 in line with the GA versioning policy (GA connectors are versioned 1.0.0 or higher); no functional changes in this version.
</Update>

<Update label="v0.1.2" description="9 Sept 2026">
  `guide-changes`

  Connection guide fixes for the API Key setup. The guide now says the FREE tier is enough to link the account and lists which actions each NBA tier covers, describes the Try GOAT free for 48 hours banner and its Start trial button as separate from the SUBSCRIBE button on the plan cards, and adds the Change NBA Plan confirmation dialog and the Stripe payment form as their own steps. Tier prices render correctly again in the tier list.
</Update>

<Update label="v0.1.1" description="8 Sept 2026">
  `description-fix`

  Description accuracy pass on player search, team id provenance and game score attribution. The get\_all\_players and get\_all\_active\_players actions now state that search takes a single name token matched as a case-insensitive substring of the first or last name, so a full "First Last" string returns nothing; first\_name and last\_name are documented as substring filters. Every team\_ids input now says the values are the numeric ids returned by Get All Teams and are not derivable from names or abbreviations. The get\_all\_games and get\_a\_specific\_game actions now spell out that a record's home\_\* fields belong to its home\_team object and visitor\_\* to visitor\_team, with both team objects included in each record. The get\_current\_user action is described as the action for questions about the account's own tier and subscriptions rather than a check to run before every data request, and every per\_page description leads with the 1 to 100 range.
