  Added 8 actions - list\_pipelines, list\_deal\_stages, list\_users and list\_deal\_custom\_fields so the IDs create\_deal requires can be discovered, list\_contact\_tags so a contact-tag association ID can be obtained for remove\_contact\_tag, plus update\_tag, delete\_deal and delete\_account. Corrected create\_deal's description, which wrongly promised that omitting group and stage auto-assigns a pipeline when ActiveCampaign rejects it. Documented that list\_lists returns email-channel lists only and excludes SMS lists from meta.total.
